The Eco-Safe Barrier is a fully modular coating machine, capable of being equipped with up to 4 coating units of your choice: flood coating system or anilox with doctor blade chamber.
It also integrates intermediate UV or water-based coating dryers, offering optimum flexibility according to production needs and complete protection in a single pass. An innovative alternative to lamination, the Eco-Safe Barrier has several advantages: a reduced production cost, a processing speed much higher than lamination, and a limited environmental impact thanks to the absence of plastic film.
It thus allows manufacturers to combine performance, economy and eco-responsibility.
Compatible and tested with over 400 varnishes and products.
Guaranteed waterproofness
The Eco-Safe Barrier can apply up to 60 g/m² of protective varnish, opening up access to many markets such as cups, bags and food boxes.
This technology offers an alternative to lamination, guaranteeing a 100% recyclable result depending on the coating used. Thanks to this innovative solution, manufacturers can meet environmental requirements while maintaining optimal protection of their packaging.
