Inline coater
The Phoenix I Coater is a flood coating and priming system with intermediate conveyor to be installed behind a digital varnish press directly after printing and thus improve the production flow. Its design makes it the most modular coating system on the market: each element can be added or removed as needed. This range of equipment integrates our IOTech4 communication technology, ideal for integrating into an installation that meets Industry 4.0 standards.
PHOENIX I
The Phoenix “I” - In Line coater is designed to integrate directly into the production flow of digital presses. Equivalent to the Phoenix “S”, its sheet feeder has been replaced by an intermediate conveyor, allowing in-line connection with various types of digital presses. This configuration optimizes the coating process for users wanting a solution dedicated to their digital press, thus improving efficiency and production fluidity.
