Kompac ONYX 30
Beautify your prints and packaging with UV/Aqueous flood or spot coating finishes. The Kompac ONYX 30 allows you to add a finishing touch to a printed product to create striking visual effects: high gloss, texture and roughness, spot UV gloss, scratch-off inks, matte, pearlescent, soft touch, 3D effects, and much more.
Kompac ONYX 30i
The brand new Kompac Onyx 30i (In-line) in-line varnishing system, for flood or spot coating, is suitable for UV coating, aqueous varnishes and special inks on a wide variety of substrates. It can coat up to B2 format, for thicknesses ranging from light paper to rigid cardboard, in a single pass. Equipped with an intermediate conveyor, the ONYX 30i is ideal for in-line varnishing with HP or FUJIFILM presses without rework.

Available as an option on the Kompac ONYX 30 varnisher, the magnetic cutting system offers the possibility of cutting and creasing paper and cardboard supports.
The magnetic die-cutting die is easy to install, giving the user the ability to not only prime and varnish, but also cut, punch and score materials from product packaging to business cards, folders, greeting cards, direct mailings, and more!
The Kompac Onyx 30 gives you access to two processes with a single machine.

The feeder can be used with any type of pallet on the market and does not require a specific pallet. It is possible to load the pallets directly at the press outlet.
Inline conveyor
Inline sheet-fed feeding: For users looking to produce higher volumes, the ONYX i can be integrated inline with most digital presses to optimize production flow. Using the Kompac conveyor system, printed sheets are automatically fed to the ONYX i coater, where they are varnished, dried and stacked.
